We seek a Marketing Specialist with 3 to 6 years of experience to own and execute sustainable and growth focused marketing strategies, contributing directly to revenue growth.

• 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within professional services or HR consulting. Proven track record in lead generation, email marketing, and content creation.

• Strong data-driven mindset, Excellent writing and content development skills. Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing tools. Relationship-mapping abilities and experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and follow-through.

 A strategic thinker capable of translating business goals into effective marketing plans. A self-starter and collaborative team player who thrives on turning existing relationships and assets into growth opportunities
