Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Create engaging content for social media, email, blogs, and website
- Manage and optimize paid ads
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies
- Support partnership and brand collaboration initiatives
- Promote the brand via email marketing, recruitment marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in brand and digital marketing (preferably in consumer electronics, FMCG, or lifestyle brands)
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, Email marketing and social media management
- Experience running paid ads and analysing performance metrics
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of graphics, video editing and content creation
- Strong project management and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
