Marketing Supervisor at VMAX Tea & Coffee Ltd

We are looking for a creative and results-driven

• Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and coordinate content creation.
• Organize promotional events, in-store campaigns, and seasonal activities.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Franchise, and Sales teams to align marketing with business objectives.
• Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
• Build partnerships with local influencers, KOLs, or media for brand promotion.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in
  restaurant, café, or beverage chains
  .
• Familiarity with social media marketing, digital campaigns, and content creation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and creative skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience in QSR chains such as
  KFC, Burger King, Domino’s, Chicken Republic
  is an advantage.
