Massage Therapist - Part Time at CrownCity Park & Resort

The Part-Time Massage Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality, therapeutic, and relaxation-focused massage services in alignment with The Serenity Spa at Crowncity's luxury wellness standards. This role requires a strong commitment to guest care, professionalism, hygiene, and service excellence, ensuring each guest experience is personalized, restorative, and consistent with the spa’s brand promise.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited for a skilled therapist who values wellness, precision, and guest satisfaction.

• Provide professional massage services, including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Prenatal (if certified), and RelaxationMassage.
• Conduct brief client consultations to assess needs, preferences, contraindications, and desired outcomes.
• Customize treatments based on guest needs while adhering to spa protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain consistent service quality, technique, and timing for all treatments.
• Create a calm, welcoming, and professional environment before, during, and after treatments.
• Uphold guest confidentiality, comfort, and dignity at all times.
• Educate guests on post-treatment care, wellness tips, and recommended services when appropriate.
• Support upselling of spa services and retail products in a non-intrusive, guest-focused manner.
• Strictly follow sanitation, hygiene, and infection-control standards for treatment rooms, linens, equipment, and tools.
• Ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared, stocked, and reset between sessions.
• Comply with all spa policies, health regulations, and professional ethics standards.
• Report any maintenance, safety, or supply issues promptly to spa management.
• Collaborate with front desk and spa management to ensure smooth scheduling and guest flow.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and professionally presented for all scheduled shifts.
• Support special spa events, wellness programs, and peak-period operations as needed.

• Certified Massage Therapist from a recognized institution.
• Valid practicing license or certification (as required by local or state regulations).
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on massage therapy experience, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body mechanics, and basic anatomy.

• Experience in luxury spa, resort, or wellness center environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Calm, professional demeanor with strong attention to guest comfort.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.
