Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee procurement, receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts, lubricants, tyres, tools, and other maintenance consumables.
Develop and maintain a reliable spare parts supply chain to ensure minimal downtime of vehicles.
Ensure proper documentation and traceability of materials through the ERP system.
Implement standards for quality assurance of materials received from suppliers.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
Monitor inventory levels regularly and prepare reports.
Conduct periodic stock counts, reconciliation, and variance investigations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Minimum of 5-7 years of procurement experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain sector.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Knowledge of logistics operations and fleet maintenance supplies.
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of procurement compliance and regulatory requirements.
