We are seeking an experienced

to manage and optimize our Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns. The ideal candidate must be results-driven, data-oriented, and highly skilled at scaling profitable campaigns.

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on
  Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads
  , and other platforms.
• Conduct audience research and run A/B tests to optimize creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Scale campaigns profitably while managing budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad creatives (videos, graphics, and copy).
• Stay updated with platform trends, policies, and algorithm changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in
  Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  .
• Proven experience as a Media Buyer / Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads Marketer.
• Strong track record of running
  profitable campaigns
  on social media platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and marketing funnels.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of e-commerce advertising strategies is a plus.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
