Medical Laboratory Scientist at Etta Atlantic Memorial Hospital

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist for a full-time, on-site role. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of laboratory tests to support the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.

• Analyzing body fluids, tissues, and cells
• Identifying abnormalities and providing accurate test results
• Operating, calibrating, and maintaining laboratory equipment
• Ensuring adherence to quality control protocols and regulatory standards
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely and precise results

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field
• Certification/licensure in Medical Laboratory Science (preferred)
• Proficiency in laboratory technology, medical testing, and diagnostic procedures
• Strong knowledge of laboratory medicine, pathology, and quality control practices
• Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance is an advantage
