Role Description

This is a full-time Medical Officer role based on-site in Ilesa.
The Medical Officer will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, implementing and supervising clinical care, providing medical consultations, and performing medical procedures when required.
The role also involves collaborating with other physicians and training less experienced medical staff to ensure the provision of top-quality care to all patients.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Medicine and proficiency in diagnosing and managing health conditions
Expertise in Patient Care and experience in delivering effective and compassionate healthcare services
Ability to perform Surgery and execute medical procedures with attention to detail and safety
Experience in Training and mentoring medical staff to enhance team capabilities
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Physicians in a clinical setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues
Medical degree and a valid license to practice medicine
Previous experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is an advantage
