Job Description
Key Skills and Competencies

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee M&E/MEAL frameworks, tools, and systems in line with project objectives and donor requirements.
- Lead the collection, analysis, verification, and reporting of program data to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Support program teams in developing indicators, logframes, and performance measurement plans.
- Ensure compliance with donor guidelines, organizational policies, and humanitarian standards (CHS, SPHERE).
- Conduct routine field monitoring, evaluations, and data quality assessments.
- Facilitate learning, adaptive management, and evidence-based decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality donor reports, dashboards, and analytical briefs.
- Build the capacity of staff and partners on M&E tools and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field(Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experiencein Monitoring & Evaluation within humanitarian or development programs.
- Experience working with donor-funded projects(UN, EU, USAID, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools such as Kobo Toolbox, ODK, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of accountability, learning, and data protection principles.
