Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Video Production: Lead high-quality video recording for church services, testimonies, interviews, and special events.
Live Streaming: Manage and operate complex livestreaming setups using tools like ATEM, OBS, and various social platforms.
Post-Production: Edit sermon highlights, testimonies, and short-form content for social media.
Technical Oversight: Maintain all video equipment and ensure the studio setup is always "broadcast-ready".
Leadership: Train and mentor volunteers or junior camera operators as the team scales.
Cross-Functional Support: Assist the Audio Engineer with technical planning and support audio assets as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Camera Mastery: Proven experience in professional camera operation and lighting techniques.
Editing Suite: Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
Streaming Tech: Expert knowledge of OBS, ATEM Mini, and StreamYard.
The "Plus" Factor: A deep interest in sound production and a willingness to learn the nuances of live audio mixing.
Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical glitches quickly under the pressure of a live broadcast
