National Sales Manager
to master the art of the market.

With a dominant presence in the South-East and South-South and an ambitious roadmap for the rest of the country, we need a strategic titan to lead our sales force, strengthen our supply chains, and make our brand a household name in every corner of Nigeria.

The Mission

As our National Sales Manager, you aren't just selling rice; you are managing a vital part of the nation’s food security. You will:

  • Lead the Charge:
    Direct a diverse team of Regional Sales Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and relentless growth.
  • Expand the Footprint:
    Deepen our stronghold in the South-East and South-South while aggressively capturing new market shares nationwide.
  • Bridge the Regions:
    Harmonize our North Central production excellence with the unique market dynamics of the Southern coastal and inland hubs.
  • Architect Strategy:
    Develop data-driven sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and route-to-market plans that outpace the competition.

Who You Are

  • The Growth Specialist:
    You have 10+ years of FMCG experience (preferably in food/commodities), with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • The Cultural Connector:
    You understand the nuances of the Nigerian market, from the open markets of Onitsha and Aba to the corporate distributors in Port Harcourt and Lagos.
  • The Team Catalyst:
    You don’t just manage; you mentor. You know how to get the best out of a diverse, geographically dispersed team.
  • The Logistician:
    You understand that sales success in the rice industry is won through efficient distribution and supply chain resilience.
