Job Description
Role Overview
As an NCLEX Tutor, you will:
- Deliver structured lectures across Pharmacology, Med-Surg, Pediatrics, Maternity, Psychiatric Nursing, and Leadership/Management of Care.
- Teach critical thinking and NCLEX-style test-taking strategies.
- Supervise daily drills, rationales review, and practice sessions.
- Conduct mock exams and provide personalized feedback.
- Collaborate with other NCLEX tutors to ensure effective, results-driven delivery.
Mandatory Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license (NMCN or equivalent).
- Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) or higher.
- Must have passed the NCLEX (proof required).
- Proven experience teaching NCLEX (minimum 1 year).
- Strong knowledge of NCLEX exam domains and question strategies.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
