Network Analyst level I at Quintevo Nigeria Limited

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

to join our IT team. This entry-level role will provide first-line support for network-related issues, assist with monitoring network performance, and ensure connectivity across the organization. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong troubleshooting skills, and is passionate about network technologies.

• Serve as the first point of contact for network-related incidents and requests.
• Assist with monitoring network performance, uptime, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues related to LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Support the setup and maintenance of routers, switches, and firewalls under supervision.
• Perform basic configuration of network devices and ensure compliance with standards.
• Escalate complex network issues to Level 2/3 network engineers.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with regular network health checks and preventive maintenance.

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent.

• Valid CCNA, CompTIA A+, Safe for Teams (SP), PCCET (Palo Alto), JNCIA (Juniper).

• 3-5 years network support including LAN/WAN troubleshooting, Cisco voice, WiFi, LTE.

• Knowledge of IT standards, Infrastructure provisioning, Strong troubleshooting skills, Familiarity with SolarWinds monitoring.
