Network/Telecoms Technician at Quintevo Nigeria Limited

We are looking for a skilled

to join our IT team. In this role, you will support the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network and telecom systems, ensuring reliable connectivity and communication across the organization.

1. Install and maintain routers, switches, cabling, and telecom systems (VoIP/PBX).
2. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and telecom issues.
3. Support end users with network and communication access.
4. Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues.
5. Document incidents and assist with upgrades and routine maintenance.
6. To ensure effective service delivery, contractor is expected to follow the resource guide.

1. HND/Bachelor’s in IT, Networking, or Telecommunications.
2. 5+ years’ experience in network/telecom support.
3. Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VoIP systems.
4. Certifications such as
   CompTIA Network+ or CCNA
   are an advantage.
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
