Next.js Full-Stack Developer at Tramatch

We are seeking a highly skilled

with building and deploying enterprise SaaS products. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering scalable applications, understands the nuances of multi-tenant SaaS architectures, and thrives in fast-moving startup environments.

This role is critical in shaping ReqArchitect’s platform, ensuring high-quality code, seamless user experiences, and enterprise-grade robustness.

• Develop, test, and maintain
  Next.js 14+ applications
  (App Router, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui).
• Build scalable
  full-stack features
  with integrations across backend APIs, databases, and external services.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and designers to translate
  enterprise SaaS requirements
  into elegant solutions.
• Implement and maintain
  multi-tenant SaaS patterns
  including authentication, RBAC, and billing integrations.
• Optimize performance for complex dashboards, tables, and AI-driven workflows.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code following
  modern best practices (CI/CD, TDD, GitHub Actions)
  .
• Contribute to
  technical decisions, architecture discussions, and roadmap planning
  .

• 3+ years professional experience
  as a Full-Stack or Frontend Developer.
• Proven experience developing
  enterprise SaaS products
  (please showcase projects you’ve worked on).
• Strong proficiency in:
• Next.js (13/14+, App Router)
• React.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS
• shadcn/ui or similar component libraries
• Node.js & API development
• PostgreSQL/Prisma ORM

Experience with:

• Multi-tenant SaaS architectures
• Authentication & RBAC (OAuth, JWT, NextAuth/Auth.js)
• CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Docker
• Ability to thrive in a
  startup environment
  : self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable with evolving requirements.

• Knowledge of
  AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.)
  .
• Experience building
  complex data-driven dashboards (MUI DataGridPro, SmartTables)
  .
