Night Auditor at Ziba Beach Resort

The Night Auditor oversees all front office operations during night hours and performs daily financial reconciliation to ensure accuracy across all revenue-generating departments. This role requires high attention to detail, strong integrity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining guest satisfaction and operational standards.

• Reconcile all daily transactions from front desk, restaurant/bar, experiences, and POS systems.
• Balance and verify cash, POS, transfers, and room charges for accuracy.
• Post necessary adjustments and correct discrepancies before morning handover.
• Prepare night audit reports, revenue summaries, and occupancy updates.
• Ensure all revenue entries are properly documented and recorded.

• Update the PMS nightly to reflect accurate guest status, room occupancy, and financial postings.
• Prepare next-day reports for management and relevant departments.
• Communicate any operational issues, incidents, or unresolved discrepancies.

• Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Calm, composed, and courteous under pressure
• Strong integrity and sense of responsibility
• Proficient with PMS or hotel management systems (an advantage)
