Install and provide technical support for access control systems (biometric devices, smart locks, card readers, tunstiles, CCTV integration, etc.).
Diagnose, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
Install, configure, and test access control hardware and associated systems (electronic locks, control panels, sensors).
Conduct regular preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
Guide clients through troubleshooting steps and provide usage training where necessary.
Ensure complete testing and commissioning of systems before handover
.

Requirements

OND / HND or BS.c Degree in Electrical / Electronical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field
Experience working with access control system installation and support.
Familiarity with software configuration tools and database setup.
Understanding of electronic circuits, power supply systems and signal connectivity.
