We are seeking a reliable and organized Operations / Administrative Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our solar energy company. The successful candidate will ensure smooth office administration, coordinate operational activities, and support project teams to deliver solar solutions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and documentation
  • Coordinate operations schedules, site visits, and logistics
  • Maintain records for projects, staff, inventory, and vendors
  • Assist with procurement of solar equipment and office supplies
  • Prepare reports, invoices, quotations, and correspondence
  • Support HR activities such as attendance, leave records, and onboarding
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and field teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • HND/BSc in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in operations or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
