Job Description
- This role blends administration with operations. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day office management, supporting real estate transactions, coordinating vendors, and ensuring all documentation and processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and operational activities.
- Support property transactions (sales, leases, closings) to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle documentation, record-keeping, and compliance tasks.
- Assist with financial tasks including basic expense tracking and payroll support.
- Coordinate office logistics such as supplies, repairs, and maintenance.
- Support marketing and client service teams with listings and events.
- Prepare and share regular reports with management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration & operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with real estate operations is a plus.
