Job Description
Role Purpose
The Operations Coordinator supports the efficient execution of operational activities, ensuring coordination between field teams, laboratory, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational schedules for inspections, surveys, and sampling.
- Liaise with clients, field staff, laboratories, and third-party service providers.
- Prepare job orders, work schedules, and operational documentation.
- Track job progress and ensure timely reporting and invoicing support.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and HSSE requirements.
- Maintain operational records and databases.
- Support logistics, travel, and equipment mobilization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 3–10 years of experience in operations coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with inspection or logistics environments is an advantage.
