The ideal candidate will ensure that workflow is smooth, materials are well managed, and client relationships are handled with professionalism  both offline and online. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves structure, teamwork, and results.

• Supervise daily lab operations to ensure jobs move efficiently from start to dispatch.
• Receive and log all incoming jobs, assign tasks to technologists, and monitor progress.
• Track production timelines and confirm quality before dispatch.
• Manage materials - request, issue, and record usage accurately.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the lab environment.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Attend to client inquiries and feedback in coordination with the Business Manager.
• Manage the lab’s social media pages - post updates, showcase completed work, and maintain engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the marketer for accountability and client follow-ups.
• Keep daily or weekly operational reports for the Business Manager.
• Promote teamwork, orderliness, and discipline within the lab.

• Minimum of
  HND or BSc
  in Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years
  experience in operations, production, or administrative coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with
  social media management
  (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook).
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of
  Google Sheets
  or similar digital tools is a plus.
