Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Male Operations personnel to supervise customer service team, oversee daily operations of the business, and help increase business volume/growth.
Key Requirements:
- Work with the team to increase business productivity
- 2–3 years relevant work experience
- Must have supervised a team (3–10 staff)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Must be firm, organized, and result-oriented
- Comfortable handling field or external challenges when necessary
- Experience in logistics, or service-based business is an advantage.
- Must reside within theaxis of idimu-ikotun lagos state
