Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepare and Produce Pastries, Dessertsand baked goods, including cakes, tortes, cookies, and breads.
Develop and implement new recipes and menus to keep our pastry offerings fresh and exciting.
Maintain High Standards of Quality and Presentation
Manage pastry kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring that all pastry items are prepared and stored safely.
Collaborate with Other Kitchen Staff

Requirements

Culinary Degree or Equivalent Experience: Culinary degree or equivalent experience in pastry arts.
3+ Years of Pastry Experience: 3+ years of experience in pastry arts, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong pastry skills, including cake decorating, sugar work, and bread baking.
Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and presentation.
Knowledge on other cooking skills is added advantage
