Job Description
Primary Purpose
- The People Development & Performance Manager is responsible for building a culture of continuous growth, learning, and high performance at Ashcorp. This role drives career development, leadership pipelines, and performance excellence through structured programs, coaching, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Capability Development
- Design and deliver learning programs (technical, leadership, soft skills) aligned to business needs
- Build and manage the Ashcorp Career Pathing and Succession Planning frameworks
- Identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans (HiPo programs)
- Champion continuous learning through knowledge hubs, peer learning, and coaching programs
Performance Management Excellence
- Develop and manage the performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews)
- Train managers and employees on performance feedback, coaching, and accountability
- Introduce continuous feedback mechanisms and performance enablement tools
- Monitor and report on performance trends and intervene with Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where necessary.
Total Rewards Strategy
- Support the design and review of total rewards strategies (salary benchmarking, bonus frameworks, career progression rewards)
- Partner with HR Operations to ensure seamless rewards implementation tied to performance outcomes.
Collaboration & Culture Development
- Partner closely with People Experience and Talent Partner to connect learning with employee experience
- Collaborate with People Operations on HRIS integration for performance and learning data
- Drive Ashcorp’s Leadership Development programs to build strong future leaders.

Qualifications
- BSc. in Business or related field (MSc. preferred)
- 7+ years cumulative experience in learning and development, performance management, or talent management roles
- Certification in L&D, Coaching, or Performance Management preferred (e.g., CIPMN, SHRM)
- Experience with HR technology platforms (LMS, Performance Management Systems)
