Job Description
Purpose Statement
- We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Performance Marketer to spearhead user acquisition, brand awareness, and customer retention. This Performance Marketer will leverage data-driven marketing strategies to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), enhance conversion rates, and drive engagement across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
- Optimize paid and organic marketing channels, includingGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, influencer marketing, and partnerships.
- Drive lead generation and track conversionthrough marketing funnels and targeted campaigns.
- Work closely with sales, content, and digital marketing teamsto align efforts and maximize impact.
- Utilize CRM, email marketing, and loyalty programsto enhance customer retention.
- A/B test ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and other marketing assets for performance optimization.
- Monitor and improve marketing KPIssuch as CAC, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement marketing automation toolsto streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.
- Generate reports and insights to inform business decisions and optimize growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experiencein performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing(preferably in a fintech or high-growth financial service company).
- Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, including planning and optimizing paid campaigns, PPC advertising, A/B testing funnel optimization, and customer segmentation strategies.
- Proficiency in Digital Analytics, Data Interpretation, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Hands-on experience with Digital Advertising Tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic platforms
- Proven experience in SEO, paid media, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mix Panel, SEO tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-makingand campaign performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teamsincluding sales, product, and design.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyin a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindsetto drive continuous improvement.
