About the Role
- As a Pharmacy Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
- Your role is to provide outstanding customer service, support the pharmacy team, and help maintain a clean, organised, and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide helpful, knowledgeable assistance
- Recommend suitable over-the-counter products
- Operate the till and handle customer transactions accurately
- Restock shelves and monitor product expiry dates
- Assist with receiving and displaying stock
- Maintain a clean and orderly sales area
- Support the pharmacist with basic administrative tasks
- Adhere to pharmacy regulations and confidentiality requirements.
