Job Description
- Mold and auxiliary services – Oversee and handle all molding activities including design and fabrication, testing, tooling and parameter settings, product specification, aesthetics, etc.
- Machines Maintenance – Undertake and oversee the maintenance of all molding machines to ensure they are in top efficient state. To ensure regular servicing procedures and standard.
- Formulate, document and ensure implementation of quality control standards for mold materials and products.
- Ensure health and safety regulations in production processes.
- Production planning supervision, scheduling for production, preparing production schedule for manufacturing of industrial and commercial products.
- Making sure each operation meets delivery dates according to sales forecasts and customers orders.
- Analyzing production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools and human resource requirements.
- Planning and scheduling workflow for each section and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequence and lead times.
- Planning sequence assembly, installation and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.
- Formulate and institute standard operating procedures for all sections and processes of the molding operation.
- Ensure regular availability of all input raw materials
- In conjunction with other staff ensure the smooth and effective operation of the factory
- Execute other functions as may be assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in the plastic industry.
- Strong knowledge of plastic/PET machines and maintenance.
- Good leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
