Portfolio Manager at Fastcash Global Limited

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance of the loan portfolio, ensuring asset quality, minimizing non-performing loans, and optimizing collections and recovery strategies. The role involves close monitoring of customer behaviour, risk segmentation, and collaboration with credit, sales, and recovery teams to ensure sustainable portfolio growth and minimal default risk.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of the loan portfolio (e.g., disbursements, repayments, delinquencies).
• Develop portfolio segmentation strategies based on customer behavior, risk scores, and repayment history.
• Track and report on key portfolio metrics (e.g., PAR, NPL, collection efficiency).
• Identify trends and early warning signs of default; implement proactive measures.
• Collaborate with Credit Analysts to improve credit approval and scoring processes.
• Oversee collection and recovery efforts, including working with internal and external agents.
• Regularly review and refine loan products, terms, and repayment structures to enhance performance.
• Generate periodic performance dashboards for management and regulatory reporting.
• Participate in audits and provide insights into portfolio performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, CBN guidelines, and industry best practices.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of credit risk management, loan lifecycle, and collections strategies.
• Ability to interpret financial reports and identify risk patterns.
