Role Overview

The Premium Banking Officer will be responsible for managing and growing the bank’s premium client segment.
The role focuses on providing tailored financial solutions, ensuring excellent relationship management, and driving customer acquisition and retention within the premium banking space.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and premium customers.
Provide personalized financial advisory and investment solutions tailored to client needs.
Drive acquisition of new premium clients through networking, referrals, and strategic initiatives.
Monitor and review client portfolios to ensure alignment with financial goals.
Ensure delivery of top-tier customer experience and efficient handling of client queries.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and promote premium banking products.
Achieve set sales, deposit, and revenue targets for the premium segment.
Stay updated with market trends to anticipate client needs and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in banking, financial services, or relationship management.
Proven experience managing high-net-worth or premium clients is highly desirable.
Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze financial information and provide tailored advice.
High ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism.
