Job Description
About the Role
- We are seeking a Principal-level Machine Learning, software and AI Engineer with over 15 years of experience to join our organization.
- You will be responsible for architecting, building, and deploying sophisticated machine learning systems that are scalable, robust, and directly influence our core business objectives.
- This is a hands-on role that requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning systems.
- Lead the development of advanced models (NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning).
- Establish MLOps best practices for scalable, reliable model deployment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor senior engineers.
- Drive innovation by researching new algorithms and technologies.
Technical Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering and ML experience.
- Expert in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Proven production experience with NLP (Transformers, LLMs) and/or Computer Vision.
- Mastery of MLOpstools: Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow, and a major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong background in software engineering fundamentals and system design.
