Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify and onboard high-net-worth individuals and affluent customers.
Mobilize and manage large-value deposits and investment funds.
Promote private banking, savings, investment, and treasury products.
Achieve assigned deposit and revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with private banking clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned HNI customers.
Provide personalized banking solutions tailored to clients’ financial goals.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and client engagement meetings.
Advise clients on suitable savings, fixed deposit, investment, and loan products.
Cross-sell banking services such as loans, e-channels, and payment solutions.
Educate clients on available products and market opportunities.
Identify credit needs of private banking clients.
Support loan application processes and documentation.
Monitor credit facilities to ensure timely repayment.
Ensure full compliance with KYC, AML/CFT, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate documentation and customer records.
Protect customer confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
