Job Description

About the Role

  • We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process & Training Coordinator to help drive process compliance, continuous improvement, and employee development.
  • You'll play a key role in shaping how we work and how we grow by supporting our Quality Management System and delivering impactful training programs across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain process documentation and track performance metrics
  • Manage ISO 9001:2015 QMS — audits, reviews, and improvements
  • Develop training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and skills development
  • Support quarterly and annual performance reporting
  • Facilitate incident reporting and promote a safety-first culture
  • Implements and supports Business process mapping and KPI tracking.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in process management, training, or internal audits
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and learning management systems
  • Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
