About the Role
- We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process & Training Coordinator to help drive process compliance, continuous improvement, and employee development.
- You'll play a key role in shaping how we work and how we grow by supporting our Quality Management System and delivering impactful training programs across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain process documentation and track performance metrics
- Manage ISO 9001:2015 QMS — audits, reviews, and improvements
- Develop training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and skills development
- Support quarterly and annual performance reporting
- Facilitate incident reporting and promote a safety-first culture
- Implements and supports Business process mapping and KPI tracking.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 2 - 3 years of experience in process management, training, or internal audits
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and learning management systems
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
