Job Description

Responsibilities

Overseeing maintenance and operation procedures for the complete manufacturing process and auxiliary services necessary for production.
Supervise the work of junior staff.
Input of proper settings on control panel of production equipment.
Planning and organizing maintenance schedules.
Assessing project and resources requirement.
Provision of training for other technical staff.
Implement routine training programmes for technical and production staff.
Maintaining quality control standards.
Perform repairs and routine maintenance on all production and auxiliary equipment.
Promote good manufacturing practices and maintain standards

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience
Must have experience in plastic manufacturing and handling Injection moulding machine
