Job Description

Proven experience as a Production Manager within the fashion, garment, or textile industry
Strong understanding of garment production processes from concept to final finishing
Ability to oversee and manage daily production operations across both brands
Experience coordinating tailors, pattern makers, cutters, printers, and finishing teams
Ability to interpret sketches and contribute to design development when required
Strong eye for quality control, finishing, and garment construction standards
Experience managing production timelines and meeting collection launch deadlines
Ability to source fabrics, trims, and production materials efficiently
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate production staff
Experience handling bulk production as well as custom or made-to-measure orders
Good understanding of sizing, grading, and fit for different markets
Ability to troubleshoot production challenges and resolve issues quickly
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced fashion environment
Passion for fashion, creativity, and staying updated on trends
