Production Manager at Mydrinks Limited

We are looking for an experienced

to oversee and coordinate all operations at our beverage production facility. The successful candidate will ensure that production runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with NAFDAC and international food safety standards, while delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.

• Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Supervise filling, mixing, packaging, shrink-wrapping, and warehouse flows.
• Ensure proper operation of machinery (mixers, CIP systems, shrink tunnels, labeling, etc.).

• Enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and NAFDAC regulatory standards.
• Conduct quality checks at each stage of production.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance logs are maintained.

• Lead and motivate production staff, supervisors, and machine operators.
• Train and develop staff on SOPs and safety procedures.
• Allocate tasks, set shift rosters, and manage performance.

• Monitor raw material usage, minimize wastage, and improve efficiency.
• Work with procurement to forecast raw material requirements.
• Track downtime and implement continuous improvement measures.

Prepare daily/weekly production and stock reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in
  Food Science, Industrial Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
  .
• Proven experience
  in beverage or FMCG manufacturing (carbonated drinks, bottled water, energy drinks, juices, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of
  production planning, quality control, and NAFDAC compliance
  .
• Hands-on knowledge of
  factory equipment
  (PET bottle lines, shrink film, filling, capping, labeling, mixers, etc.).
• Excellent
  leadership, communication, and problem-solving
  skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
