Job Description
We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Production Officer to oversee food production, quality control and inventory across our kitchen and bakery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production planning & coordination
- Supervision of Head Cook, cooks & bakers
- Quality control (taste, portion, consistency)
- Inventory management & stock control
- Wastage and cost control
- Hygiene & kitchen standards enforcement
- Daily production & stock reporting
Requirements:
- Experience in restaurant/QSR production supervision
- Strong leadership & organisational skills
- Knowledge of food safety & hygiene
- Able to work shifts, weekends & under pressure
