Job Description
Job Summary
- As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
- You’ll lead a team of operators and technicians, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure that production targets are met without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily output goals
- Monitor workflow, equipment, and personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate production records and generate reports
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
Job Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and production management software.
