Profit Centre Manager at Tribest Coporate Support Ltd

We are commencing a nationwide recruitment exercise for the role of 

 across all geopolitical zones. This initiative is aimed at strengthening our Business and Personal Banking portfolios and driving sustainable revenue growth across regions.

The Profit Centre Manager (PCM) will be responsible for:

• Business Banking:
   Sourcing, onboarding, and managing business accounts to drive deposit mobilization and revenue growth.
• Personal Banking:
   Managing individual customer accounts and loan portfolios while ensuring asset quality and profitability.

• Assistant Banking Officer (ABO) to Assistant Manager (AM).

• Minimum of 
  three (3) years’ banking experience
  .
• Strong background in deposit mobilization, relationship management, and credit/loan portfolio management.

• Direct Sales Agents (DSA)
• Candidates from Microfinance Banks
• Non-financial services staff
