Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Coordinate all core heads and technical leads.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
- Resolve inter-departmental issues and escalate critical matters.
- Produce progress reports for the Project Director and Board.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Management, Economics, or related field.
- 12–15 years’ programme management experience.
- PMP/Prince2 certification preferred.
- Experience with workforce training or social impact projects.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
