Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Coordinate all core heads and technical leads.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Resolve inter-departmental issues and escalate critical matters.
  • Produce progress reports for the Project Director and Board.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Management, Economics, or related field.
  • 12–15 years’ programme management experience.
  • PMP/Prince2 certification preferred.
  • Experience with workforce training or social impact projects.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
