About the Role
- We are seeking a motivated and zealous Graduate Trainee (Project Management) to join our dynamic team.
- This role is designed for fresh graduates or early career professionals who are passionate about building a career in project management and are willing to learn, adapt, and contribute actively to project delivery.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrates a strong willingness to take on responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
- Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Participate in project meetings and record minutes/action points.
- Conduct basic research, data gathering, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Learn and apply project management tools, systems, and methodologies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, or Engineering
- Strong interest in project management within engineering/technical environments.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly zealous, enthusiastic, and willing to work hard and learn quickly.
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to project management software is an advantage.
