Project Manager/ Scrum Master Level II at Quintevo Nigeria Limited

We are seeking a results-driven

to lead cross-functional teams in delivering technology and business projects. This role requires strong expertise in Agile and project management practices, with the ability to balance timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Lead multiple medium-to-large scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
• Serve as Scrum Master, ensuring teams follow Agile principles and removing blockers.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Track and report project progress using appropriate tools and metrics.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, quality, and budget.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members on Agile and project management practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Scrum Master certification.

• 5-7 years in project management, Agile/Scrum delivery, stakeholder engagement.

• Strong leadership, Business case development, technical recommendation, Implementation planning.
