Project Manager/Scrum Master-Level III at Quintevo Nigeria Limited

We are looking for an experienced

to lead enterprise-wide initiatives, manage multiple teams, and drive organizational agility. This role requires strong leadership, advanced project/program management skills, and the ability to influence business strategy through effective delivery. The successful candidate will mentor junior project managers, champion Agile practices, and ensure strategic alignment of projects with business goals.

• Lead complex, multi-team, and enterprise-scale projects or programs.
• Oversee Agile delivery at a portfolio/program level, facilitating cross-team coordination.
• Act as Scrum Master and Agile coach, driving adoption of Agile practices across the organization.
• Develop and manage project/program budgets, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Collaborate with executives, product owners, and stakeholders to define vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and align with strategic objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide Level 1 and Level 2 project managers/scrum masters.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and organizational agility.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Scrum Master certification.

• 10+ years in project/program management, Agile/Scrum frameworks, managing large portfolios.
