Property and Household Manager at Wintoker Global Services Limited

A UK based private employer is looking for a trustworthy, proactive, and reliable individual to fill a full time Property and Household Manager role based in Benin City, Edo State.

• Regular inspection of landed properties across Benin City with photographic reporting
• Full caretaking of a residential property including tenant liaison and contractor supervision
• Running errands and carrying out tasks as directed, often at short notice, and treating all tasks as a priority
• Maintaining property records, financial logs, and written weekly and monthly reports
• Community liaison and engagement with local contacts as required

• Must hold a current, valid Nigerian driver's licence — this is non-negotiable
• Must be based in Benin City with good knowledge of the city
• Must be honest, trustworthy, and discreet
• Must be able to work independently and proactively without supervision
• Must have a reliable smartphone with WhatsApp and internet access
• A guarantor and character witness both based in Benin City are required before appointment
• NIN, passport photograph, and residential address required before commencement

• Salary negotiable based on experience, discussed at interview
• Transportation provided or mutually agreed
• Annual salary review and additional compensation for heavier months
