Purchasing Officer at Nutri K Limited

Support the procurement function by managing the purchasing of consumables, spares, services, chemicals, and operational items, ensuring timely replenishment, documentation accuracy, and compliance with procurement procedures.

• Execute Consumables Purchase requirements.
• Manage Spares Purchase for machinery and maintenance.
• Process Service Purchase requests, including quotations and evaluations.
• Conduct Chemical & General Item Purchase, ensuring compliance.
• Perform Material Sourcing for non-raw-material items.
• Carry out Supplier Sourcing for operational categories.
• Collect and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Track delivery timelines and coordinate with warehouse/maintenance.
• Maintain purchase records and supplier databases.
• Assist in vendor follow-ups and payment processing.
• Any other assigned responsibilities by line manager

• Language skills – 
  English is essential.
• Education degree –
  HND/Degree Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• Work experience – 
  Proven experience not less than 3–5 years in Procurement or supply Chain, FMCG/manufacturing procurement experience is a plus. 
• Computer skills – 
  MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook
