Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Enforce IT governance, quality assurance, and change control standards
- Review BRDs, test plans, and UAT results to embed controls before go-live
- Monitor IT service desk and incident resolution against SLAs
- Validate change requests, post-implementation reviews, and configuration compliance
- Ensure prompt deployment of security patches and proper endpoint/server configurations
- Prepare reports, track risks, and collaborate with IT teams to maintain zero-fraud environments
Key Systems Under Oversight:
- Core Banking (Finacle) | Card Switching | Internet/Mobile Banking | USSD | Remita | PayDirect | NEFT | RTGS | Western Union | Oracle & MSSQL | Windows/UNIX/Linux
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree/HND in Computer Science, Info Systems, or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in IT QA, system control, IT audit, or DBA
- Strong knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL, access controls & e-channels
- Bonus: Certifications like CISA, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001
