Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Compile and record data for documentation needed for testing and reports preparation.
Perform routine as well as non-routine evaluation of raw materials, intermediate and finished products according to Standard Operating Procedure.
Implement development method and validation protocols.
Review and update Standard Operating Procedures related to quality control.
Ensure regulatory compliance working with GLP and GMP environment.
Interact with Operations, Quality Assurance and Production for compliance
Operate and implement analytical laboratory instrumentation.
Maintain and manage accurate and precise documentation.
Conduct laboratory evaluation of samples.
Ensure to get familiar with standard analytical laboratory equipment usage in food industry.

Requirements

Qualification: HND qualification / B.Sc Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology and other related Science Courses.
Experience: 1 - 2 years and above.
Age: Not more than 45 years.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and a strong (scientific) analytical oriented mindset.
Results-oriented and a proactive team leader; able to act as a subject matter expert with respect to Quality and food safety compliance.
