Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Inspection and testing: Conduct inspections, tests, and measurements on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products using various tools and equipment.
Data analysis and documentation: Record, analyze, and report inspection and testing data, maintaining detailed logs of all activities.
Identifying defects: Identify and document any deviations from quality standards, recommending adjustments to the production process to prevent future issues.
Acceptance or rejection: Make the decision to accept or reject items based on quality specifications and remove those that do not meet the standards.
Process improvement: Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality, efficiency, and consistency.
Compliance: Ensure products and processes adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Auditing: Perform and participate in internal and external audits to ensure quality procedures are followed.
