on behalf of our client in the real estate and construction industry. The role is to manage all cost-related aspects of construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring project budgets are accurately estimated, monitored, and controlled for profitability.

Mon–Fri

1. Prepare cost plans, BOQs, tender documents, and estimates.
2. Lead tender administration: bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and contract awards.
3. Track actual project costs against budget and flag variances for corrective action.
4. Value completed works and oversee the preparation of interim payment applications.
5. Maintain contract documentation, correspondence, and variation orders.
6. Advise on value engineering options to optimize project costs without compromising on quality.
7. Certify subcontractor invoices and claims.
8. Prepare final accounts and project cost reports.

1. B.Sc Quantity Surveying or related field.
2. Minimum 2–4 years of QS experience in a construction company.
3. Proficiency in CostX, MS Excel, and QS software.
4. Strong numeric, analytical, and commercial skills.
