Job Summary
- We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling construction costs, preparing tender documents, and providing commercial advice on construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage bills of quantities, tender documents, and contracts
- Conduct cost analyses and forecasts
- Provide commercial advice on construction projects
- Manage and report on project costs
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying
- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift)
