Real Estate Executive Marketers at Property Plaform

We are looking for a proactive and Experienced Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of experience in real Estate to support business growth of our property sales through effective sales execution and targeted marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable handling both sales activities and marketing campaigns.

• Probation (3 months): NGN 180,000 monthly + 2.5% commission per plot sale
• Post-Probation: NGN 300,000 and above monthly + 8% commission per plot sale
• Target: Minimum of 5 plot sale per month

• Implement sales and marketing strategies to meet company targets of selling at least 5 plots per month
• Generate, follow up, and convert leads into customers
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing
• Execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Marketing Executive or similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage
